The 2024 Family Reunion will be held the weekend of August 2, 2024, in North Carolina!

The 2024 planning committee is excited to host this year’s Hill-Raiford-Bullard Family Reunion in Charlotte, NC. The theme for this reunion is “Reunited And It Feels So Good!” In order to bring the family back together in the most epic way, we really need your help. What can you do to help Spread the word! Show up! Show out!
Hotel Information
Embassy Suites by Hilton Charlotte 4800 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28217
Single King 2 room suite $152.00 plus tax
Double Queen 2 room suite $162.00 plus tax
All rooms are two-room suites with a separate living area which includes a sofa bed. All suites come equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee makers.
The hotel offers cooked-to-order breakfast and is complimentary for up to 2 adults per room. Children eat free. For each additional adult per room, there is a $10 fee.
Onsite overnight parking is available for $10/night.
Each evening the hotel hosts a Manager’s Reception from 6:00-7:30 with complimentary drinks and light snacks for you to enjoy.
There is a complimentary shuttle service to and from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The airport is located approximately 7 miles from the hotel.
There is free Wi-Fi.
It is very important that you book your room as soon as possible. The sooner you book, the better. Additional rooms can be added to our block based on the hotel’s availability. To ensure you are getting the group rate, your room must be booked by July 12, 2024. The hotel will also honor the group rate for any family members interested in arriving 3 days prior or leaving 3 days post the reunion date.

T-Shirt Information
If you would like to purchase a shirt, prices are as follows:
YS-YXL $12.00 per t-shirt
Adult S-4XL $17.00 per t-shirt
Please submit your shirt size and fees no later than July 15th. You may choose to send in your registration and shirt forms separately or at the same time. Unfortunately, we will not have additional shirts available for purchase at the reunion.
